• Accompany the entrepreneurs that you are in the best way to understand their profession and meet their expectations, indeed, you are not alone.

• The wine profession and the vape profession are relatively similar, carried by the nose, by the tastes, by the flavors of the moment and the nuggets of tomorrow. We have therefore planned workshops to help you discover a little more about this profession.

• Discover a grand cru, the Château de Giscours welcomes us and a tasting of Margaux is thus planned for the greatest pleasure of your palates.

• You are accommodated and received at the Intercontinental hotel, meals are included, dinners on Monday and Wednesday as well, as well as shuttles between our place of accommodation and the Château. Enjoy, you are our guests.

1. Information:Please fill out the form with all the information requested.

2.  Commitment to participate:VYou send us a payment of €2,000 including tax for the guarantee for your reservation (hotel, meals, transfer costs). These €2,000 including tax are returned to you in the form of Icovape checksthat you can only spend during the event and only with our exhibitors. (thank you for taking the time to discover the offers reserved for you by our partners in order to sealrelationships durables between you). In the event that you cannot come, these €2,000 including tax will be kept by Icovape due to the costs advanced in vain. Of course, if you come, you will not be charged any fees, your participation, excluding transport costs to arrive and leave Bordeaux, is completely FREE. The €2,000 including tax guarantees your future commitment and allows the event to be held.

3. Cancellation by Icovape:In case of force majeure, where we could not be able to carry out the event - due to COVID-19, for example, we will refund you the €2,000 including VAT, between 24 and 72 open hours after the announcement of said cancellation by us. Please allow additional time lié to bank delays; however, we will provide you with proof of reimbursement upon request.

4. Payment Terms :to pay your participation commitment, please make a transfer in the name of your company to ICOVAPE: IBAN: FR 18 2004 1000 0140 5926 4Z02 050 SWIFT: PSSTFRPPPAR.  An invoice is given to you at registration of your participation.

5. Conditions of participation :You agree to provide all the appointments requested by the exhibitors, and to choose among the exhibitors present, those you wish to meet, within the limit of 25 appointments. In the event that you do not make the appointments requested, you will be forced to lose the €2,000 including tax paid as a guarantee of your visit. Thus, you will not be able to use them to fully or partially pay for purchases from our exhibitors.
